Our company is a member and partner of the initiative „Offensive Mittelstand – Gut für Deutschland“. „Offensive Mittelstand“ is a union of numerous public institutions and organisations as well as particularly qualified and committed consulting companies. It emerged from the „Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit (INQA) supported by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. As part of the „Offensive Mittelstand“, Spreeforum is involved in decisions and is actively helping to shape its content. Spreeforum commits to the quality guidelines, the standards and values of the „Offensive Mittelstand“ and the contents of the guide „Guter Mittelstand“.

Falk S. Al-Omary is as managing director of Spreeforum International GmbH member of numerous professional and trade associations,  among others the BDVT (Professional Organisation of Trainers, Counselors and Coaches) and the association GABAL. These memberships require a clear commitment to high values and quality standards in the field of further education. Our company stands for quality, transparency and integrity in trainings, coachings and seminars and commits to the goals, contents and values of the „Forum Werteorientierung in der Weiterbildung e.V.“.
