(Born in 1954) Studied Medicine, Public Health, and Philosophy, has been assisting executives and their families in the context of the SHAPE/Belgium program. He is the initiator of the SHAPE study, an interdisciplinary research project with executives. In this study, Dr. Kromm investigates possibilities to create a better balance between corporate success and professional top performances and health and quality of social life.
