Spreeforum only collaborates with selected and experienced partners who fulfill highest quality requirements and who can prove many years of theoretical and practical experience. In addition to formal and professional aspects, Spreeforum pays great attention to the individual attitudes and skills of its partners. Thus, our requirements profile is a reliable tool to ensure quality:

Formal Qualifications

• Graduation from university or at least 5 years working in leading position and
• At least 10 years of professional experience and
• At least 3 years of industry experience and
• At least 2 different stations in working life and
• At least 6 project references (to be proven and with contact), 3 of them in a leading position and
• Current status as freelancer and
• Experience in at least 2 business areas which are relevant for Spreeforum (inter-disciplinarity)

Trainings / Additional Qualifications / Awards

• At least one training per year (requiring verification and starting in the partnership year)
• Proof of at least one additional qualification (language, certificate,…) or
• At least one published expert publication or
• Receipt of an award that is relevant for the profession or industry and
• Planned trainings for the next two years and
• Proven basic knowledge in business management interrelationships

Commitment / Memberships

• Proven membership in and least one specialist / professional / industry / entrepreneurs association and
• Proven membership in at least one additional organisation or network and
• Social commitment (at present or in the past)

Soft Skills

• Communication / moderation / presenting skills and
• Networking and team ability and
• Leadership and management ability and
• Questions of style and etiquette (personal appearance)

Personality

• One hour discussion with at least one of the associates of Spreeforum and
• Presentation during a partner meeting within the next two years
