The company is specialised in providing bookkeeping services such as preparatory work for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and providing accompanying consultancy for all management aspects dealing with numbers. The service portfolio of the company includes corporate planning, preparing bank interviews, and streamlining planning processes regarding corporate financing and controlling. The second core activity is providing interim managers for major companies such as Comdirect Bank AG, E-ON Hanse AG, and Hertie GmbH. Here, the company focuses on the areas finance and controlling and in particular on using SAP R/3.
Dr. Thomas Wendel![]() (Born in 1970) Has a doctorate in Nuclear Physics of the University of Bonn and has also studied Business Administration. After having gained first experiences in the telecommunications industry, the management consultant has been managing director of tw.con SRL since 2002, where he has been able to assist German speaking companies wanting to expand their activities to the Romanian market. His core competencies are strategic consultancy, personnel consulting, and intercultural integration. Erich Wachernig![]() (Born in 1952) Resident in Vienna, Austria. After his career training to become an electrical engineer, Erich Wachernig studied Business Administration at the Karl Franzens University in Graz. In 1986 he graduated as Mag.rer.soc.oec. From 1989 to 1992, he participated in an exchange program for executives in California, USA, which led to the complementary degree as Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In 1994, he passed the tax consultant exam and founded his own tax accountancy in Vienna, Austria. His clients include many international corporations. He is also managing director of several companies which are mainly working in the areas national and international corporate consulting and real estate.
Constantin Coman![]() (Born in 1967) Resident in Buzau, Romania. After having graduated in Engineering at the Department of Electrical Automation of the University of Bucharest, Romania, Constantin Coman worked for several big technical and building companies in Germany. In 1998, he passed a subject examination and language test by the Goethe-Institut in Bucharest; afterwards, he participated in a further education program by the German Federal Government, concentrating on market economy and marketing. Today, he works in Buzau as management consultant for German and Romanian companies in the mechanical engineering and metal industry. His main consulting activities are import and export, international marketing, and site analyses.
Andrea Kühn![]() (Born in 1980) Graduate translator for English and Spanish into German; has been working as translator and language consultant for various companies from the IT and telecommunications industry. In 2006, she founded her own translation agency specialised in translating and localising texts and applications for companies from the IT industry, finance, and the creative industry. Her diploma thesis on software localisation has been published and can be ordered on the Internet (only available in German: "Software-Lokalisierung mit Open Source-Programmen"). Knowing that good translations are only possible with a profound background knowledge on the source and target culture, she continuously improves her language and culture skills by maintaining close working and personal relationships in English- and Spanish-speaking countries.
Alexander Baron von Engelhardt![]() (Born in 1961) Born in New York, studied Law in Marburg and Göttingen and added a training in tax law. As a German-American lawyer, he knows what it means to be in a foreign country - i.e. being far away from home. He consults both freelancers and corporations and their managers wanting to invest in Germany. However, his services are also directed towards private individuals needing help settling in Germany. He mainly consults in the legal areas immigration, business, and taxes. Baron von Engelhardt developed the Internet encyclopedia "Legal Guide to Germany" (LG2G), a legal portal for all people wanting to listen to a lawyer telling the inside story. He is vice-president of the American German Business Club Berlin.
Magdalena Zeprzalka![]() Graduate in Business Management (Technical College). Since 2004, she has been managing director and co-partner of the Polish consultancy Poland Consulting Services Sp.z.o.o. The company assists German speaking and foreign companies with their market entry in Poland. The company’s main obligations are strategy consultancy, market research, sales and distribution management as well as company foundation in the Eastern European country. She worked as a consultant in German consulting companies for projects in Poland and as a market analyst with Siemens Mobile in Munich. She completed her marketing and management studies at the Technical College in Kempten with special emphasis on corporate development and consultancy as well as banking, finance and investment economy and completed a degree in Tourism Management Studies at the University of Krakow. Since 2004, Magdalena Zeprzalka has been active as area manager for Poland with the Allgäu-based competence centre for corporate development and consultancy (KUBE e.V.). In Poland, she is an accredited advisor with the “Polish Agency for Enterprise Development”. She is the author of a SRD benchmarking study on the European airline industry and of various market studies on the Polish banking software, pharmaceutical, e-health, and real estate sector.
